The Eviction Defense Network (EDN) is a network of trial lawyers, advocates, and tenants dedicated to defending the right to affordable housing and ensuring access to justice in housing matters to tenants in Los Angeles County.
The services EDN provides include: counseling, preparing and filing answers to Unlawful Detainers (eviction lawsuits), negotiating with landlords, preparing tenants for trial, representing tenants at trial, and preparing and representing tenants in post-judgment motions when tenant has received a Notice to Vacate from the Sheriff.
The fee for representation is based on a sliding fee scale and we accept payment plans for this service. |
