Self Help Assistance and Referral Program (SHARP) -- Chico Office

Other Information:

SHARP provides procedural assistance and legal information to self-represented litigants at four centers operating in or near courthouses in Willows, Red Bluff, Oroville, and Chico. This Northern California tri-county collaboration between Glenn, Butte, and Tehama counties uses videoconferencing technology and staff to provide weekly workshops, appointments, resources, and assistance to court pro per customers.

There is no income requirement. We will help you if you are pro per, without an attorney, and your problem is within our assistance areas. Complex or special cases are referred to local bar members.
