Other Information:
We are able to assist clients in a wide range of civil matters, such as: dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody, guardianship, summary probate matters, simple wills, powers of attorney, conservatorship (person only), landlord/tenant, eviction defense, consumer collections, public benefits. The extent of the service depends upon resources available at the time and other merits of the client's case.  Once eligibility is established then clients are afforded at least advice and referral.

Cross Streets: Located between Columbia and Palmyrita Avenues
Directions: Website has mapquest directions; Columbia exit off 215 N, left 1/2 block to Palmyrita; right on Palmyrita to Iowa Avenue; left on Iowa Avenue to 1040; take Blaine/Third Street exit off Fwy 60West, go right one block to Iowa, then right about 1.5 miles

Other Languages Spoken:  Cantonese Chinese, Hindi, Spanish
Interpreters can be provided for: Language Line available as necessary for brief phone eligibility intake; interpreters are provided when necessary with advance scheduling

Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Seniors age 60 or older served with Older Americans Act Funding; priority to seniors in the greatest social or economic need.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  U.S. Citizen or Documented Immigrant
  This program does not serve prisoners

  Self-Help Materials- For housing, family law and consumer.
