DREDF provides limited direct advocacy and representation services on disability civil rights issues, primarily in California, with priority given to serving clients eligible for legal aid services in California. DREDF is the Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) providing K-12 special education information, referral, and advocacy services to [parents of children with disabilities in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Yolo counties, and provides parents outside of those counties with referrals to their local PTI.
