Health Rights Hotline Yolo, Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties LSNC's Health Rights Hotline (HRH) complements traditional health care advocacy in our other offices and projects. HRH provides free assistance and information to health care consumers while tracking data to help reform the health care system. We have helped thousands of people resolve their health care issues.
