We assist children and parents by getting and enforcing orders of parentage and child support. Our services are available to all parents and children and include:

• Information regarding child support laws and current welfare reform
• Modification of support orders
• Out of State Child Support orders and Enforcement
• Community Outreach

IMPORTANT: The Department of Child Support does not establish or enforce custody and visitation orders, property settlements, dissolutions, restraining orders, or establishing spousal support orders. We serve the public interest and do not represent either parent or the children - if a parent wishes to be represented, she/he may contact a private attorney or legal aid agency.
