HICAP Services of Northern California is dedicated to serving Medicare beneficiaries, those in need of becoming Medicare beneficiaries, and individuals who need assistance and education about Long Term Care Insurance.

We can assist with claims denials, appeals and grievances, benefit comparisons, eligibility and enrollment. Our counselors are registered with the California Department of Aging, and  provide knowledgeable assistance with original Medicare, Medicare Advantage Health Plans, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, and other related healthcare issues, including Medicare Supplement Plans.
